You are eligible for a return or exchange if:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You request the return within 14 days of delivery
• The item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty on arrival
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
• Opened cleaning products or toiletries
• Consumables like tissues, soaps, or similar essentials
• Any item marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

If approved, your refund will:
• Be issued to your original payment method
• Be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Exclude shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or sent in error)

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.
Refunds for already-processed boxes are considered only if:
• The box was never received
• The contents arrived damaged
• You notify us within 7 days of delivery
Partial refunds or credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Service-Based Bookings (e.g. Appliance Support)
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
• Missed or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund
• If our technician is late or unable to complete the service, a full or partial refund will be offered
