    Box and Ready is a UK-based subscription service delivering household essentials and optional appliance care support directly to your door. You can choose from monthly or quarterly plans based on your needs.
  • 2. Where do you deliver?
    We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • 3. What’s included in each box?
    Each box includes essential daily-use items such as toilet paper, soaps, cleaning wipes, and more — carefully selected and curated from trusted brands. Premium plans may also include appliance cleaning or service add-ons.
  • 4. Can I choose what goes in my box?
    While we offer pre-curated boxes for simplicity, we are working on giving customers more customization options. Stay tuned for updates!
  • 5. How does billing work?
    You can subscribe monthly (£7.99 or £14.99) or quarterly (£29.00). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You’ll be billed automatically based on the plan you select. This is a recurring subscription. Your plan will renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
